JUDGMENT

1. This is an interlocutory decision of the Tribunal dealing, on the application of the
Claimants, with the terms of interim relief to be granted, by way of undertakings to
be offered by the Respondents, and the appropriate practice to be followed in
relation to any future closed hearings in this case.
2. The complaint was lodged with the Tribunal on 24th September 2013. The First and
Second Claimants are also claimants in a civil action brought against the Secret
Intelligence Service and others in the High Court arising out of the circumstances in
which those Claimants were subject to rendition to Libya in March 2004. The factual
